Price quotes are valid for the period specified in the written estimate, or if no period is specified, for 30 days from the date of issue. Scheduling is subject to crew availability, weather conditions, and material delivery timelines. We will make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled dates but cannot guarantee specific start or completion dates due to factors outside our control, including weather events, material delays, or prior job overruns.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed job, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to costs incurred up to that point. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in any written contract.
Payment terms are established in the written contract for each project. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project contract.
Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee as specified in the contract. Ridgeline Corsicana Concrete reserves the right to place a mechanic's lien on the property for unpaid work, as permitted under Texas law.
Ridgeline Corsicana Concrete warrants its workmanship for the period specified in your written contract. This warranty covers defects in materials and labor caused by our work. It does not cover damage resulting from ground movement, soil conditions beyond normal expectations, acts of nature, third-party alterations, or failure to follow care and maintenance guidelines provided at project completion.
